• Q: Is your logo creator really 100% free?

• A: Yes. Our logo creator tool is absolutely 100% free to use and to design logos.

• Q: Do you offer a free version of the logo I create?

• A: Yes. You can download the free version of the logo 100% free of charge. However please keep in mind this is a low quality version of the logo and it's uses are very limited.

• Q: What payment options do you offer?

• A: We offer only credit card payments at the moment.

• Q: Which credit cards do you accept?

• A: We accept all major credit cards [Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club].

• Q: Which file formats do you send me when I purchase the logo?

• A: We send you a 300DPI PNG file. A EPS vector file (this format is scalable and doesn't look quality when scaled). And low resolution PNG file for you to use when a high quality logo isn't required.

• Q: What can the purchased logo be used for?

• A: The logo can be used in any way you wish. This includes but not limited to website logo, business card logo, shop sign, etc... You own 100% rights to the logo.

• Q: Can the logo be used for promotional merchandise?

• A: Absolutely. The EPS file and the 300DPI PNG version are perfect for print.

• Q: Can I use the logo for very large prints like an outdoor sign or a store name?

• A: Absolutely. The EPS file of the logo is scalable and any print company can easily print it for you on any material for you.

• Q: Do you offer refunds?

• A: No. Logos are one-off and custom made. They cannot be refunded unless there is a problem with the logo that was caused by our system.
